PATH Riding To The Top

Enhancing health and wellness through equine assisted activities and therapies

Volunteers are the heart of RTT. They contribute over 10,000 hours at RTT each year to improve the lives of our riders and horses. Volunteers serve in many capacities, though the majority of volunteers work in lessons. Volunteers also work in the barn and on the trails, organize or assist with special events and provide clerical assistance in the front office. Volunteer trainings and continuing education presentations are offered several times a year.
To become a RTT lesson volunteer, individuals must complete the RTT Volunteer Registration form and attend a Volunteer Training session. Following training, RTT’s Volunteer Coordinator matches new volunteers with available positions.

RTT celebrates the contributions of our volunteers! Volunteer appreciation events are held each spring/summer and winter.

"Volunteering at Riding to the Top fulfills my desire to be with horses and to help people while I am doing it. And it is such a team approach with the horse, horse-leader, instructor and rider. Everybody wins. Thanks RTT."
